Delivery and collection.
- Delivery times are estimates and we’ll notify you of any delays.
- Click & Collect items are held for a reasonable period.
Quality, images and returns.
- We may reject images that breach copyright or are illegal.
- Because products are personalised, returns are accepted only for faults or errors on our part.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
